Personalised mug

I ordered a personalised mug for a friend’s graduation gift which she loved so much she cried! I was very impressed how quickly the order was prepared and delivered (ordered on Tuesday afternoon, arrived on Saturday morning), particularly as it was a personalised item, and it arrived beautifully and precisely decorated. It was very well packaged so there was no damage during transit. Thank you very much!

I love Emma Bridgewater items

I love Emma Bridgewater items. Had a bit of a disappointment recently with one item but an employee remedied the issue, thus excellent customer service.

Bee mugs

I ordered two mugs for the spring, the beautiful bee and the buttercup featuring a single bee. I love them both, however was slightly disappointed with the colour of the buttercup as not very vibrant. I will keep it as they match well and go with the buttercup tray (more vibrant than the mug) but would have liked a little more colour to the yellow in the mug. The bee mug is gorgeous.

I ordered a number of items -I was informed that they had been despatchedWhen they arrived (one of six)I was informed that most of them were out of stockI was very upset that the money had been taken from my account for the whole order and knowing that most of it was out of stock/lots of e mails to tell me it was on its way but nothing g to say the order was incompleteI should have been told this before dispatching one of six items - if they were not in stock, my account should not have been debitedStill waiting for the refund

Simply the best mugs

Simply the best mugs! Website good, service good, arrived on time. One star deducted as the packaging was excessive and the gift message was just printed on the order paperwork, would have been better on a separate card.

My order arrive with minimal packaging…

My order arrive with minimal packaging so it was no surprise to find the contents broken. I emailed customer services and received an immediate response with a case number. Great I thought but sadly not. A week later I received an email asking me to rate my experience so I emailed customer services again to advise that I'd like to give them the opportunity to sort out either a replacement or refund rather than receiving negative feedback but as I've yet to receive a reply regrettably I've had to post this review of my experience

Unfortunately the items I received were…

Unfortunately the items I received were of seconds quality, when I ordered and paid for firsts. The Easter bowl arrived with a large patch of strange spots of missing glaze. The 6.5” plate has glaze missing around the edge and the tin eggs look rather odd and rippled. All items are now out of stock. I contacted customer services almost three weeks ago for advice but I haven’t had a response.

Ordered a small vase which was in…

Ordered a small vase which was in stock. The item was not in the box when I received my order. By the time this was looked into by EB the item was no longer in stock. I received a refund by very little by way of an apology. Very disappointing experience!

Order not fulfilled

One of the mugs I ordered was not sent, and upon enquiry it transpires Emma Bridgewater had run out of stock and would not be replacing them. To be fair I was not charged but still disappointing.
